So let it get into the topic without wasting our time.

First and foremost, what is UI/UX design?

The term UI stands for “user interface” in UI design. A user interface is a place where the interactions between humans and machines occur. UI Design is the design of user interfaces for machines and software, such as computers, mobile devices, and other electronic devices. The goal of user interface design is to make the user’s interaction as simple and efficient.

UI designer focus on designing interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital products. A user interface designer is responsible for creating the look of a website. They’re tasked with designing a user interface from the perspective of the user.

The term UX stands for “user experience”. It is the experience that a person has when they interact with a product. UX design focuses on the interaction between users (like you and me) and everyday products and services, such as websites, apps, and even coffee machines.

A UX designer is concerned with the entire process of acquiring and integrating a product, including aspects of branding, design, usability and function. Their work encompasses the entire end-to-end journey of a user’s interaction with a product, as well as identifying new opportunities for the product and business.

The combination of UX and UI shapes your entire experience of a product. UX is not a part of UI but UI is part of UX Design.
